Terms and Conditions
1. RinggitPlus Flash Deal Credit (“Campaign”) is organised by Jirnexu Sdn Bhd (1081989-
D), (“The Organiser”) shall commence on 07th June 2022 (11:00 AM), and be available
until 13th June 2022 (11:00 AM), both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise
(“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier
than 13th June 2022 (11:00 AM). Applications received after the Campaign has ended
will not be valid.
2. The Campaign is open to all anyone who:
2.1 Meets the minimum age requirement (21 years old and above) with a valid
Malaysian Identification Card (MyKad);
2.1 Applies online at the Organiser’s website ringgitplus.com for a Qualifying HSBC
Credit Card (“HSBC Credit Card”) as a Principal Cardholder (“Cardholder”), and is
subsequently approved for, and activates any one (1) of the qualifying HSBC Credit
Cards, and subsequently makes retail transactions totalling RM1,000 (“Retail
Spend”) with the HSBC Credit Card within sixty (60) days of the date that they were
approved for the HSBC Credit Card.
2.2 Qualifying HSBC Credit Cards are:
o HSBC Platinum Credit Card
o HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Card-i
o HSBC Visa Signature
2.3 The following categories of persons shall not be considered as a Cardholder and
shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign:
2.3.1 Anyone who make an online application for an HSBC Credit Card at HSBC’s
website hsbc.com.my without first registering at the Organiser’s Website;
2.3.2 Primary Cardholder(s) of existing and valid HSBC Credit Card(s);
2.3.3 Anyone who had an HSBC Credit Card application approved or denied
within six (6) months of the date of an application made in the Campaign
Period;
2.3.4 Cardholder(s) who have cancelled his/her HSBC Credit Card(s) within six
(6) months of the date of an application made in the Campaign Period;
2.3.5 Permanent and contract employees of HSBC and Jirnexu Sdn Bhd.
2.3.6 The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications
submitted at the website without assigning any reason.
3. The Organiser offers a gift (“Campaign Gift”) to Cardholders who are approved by
HSBC and subsequently spend a minimum of RM1000 with their new HSBC Credit
Card.
3.1 Each Cardholder is eligible for only one Campaign Gift throughout the Campaign
Period, regardless of the number of approved HSBC Credit Cards for the
Cardholder during the Campaign Period.
3.2 The Campaign Gift is RM600 Touch & Go E-Wallet.
3.2.1 The Fulfilment of the Campaign Gift will be managed by RinggitPlus.
Campaign Gifts will be fulfilled as The Organiser receives Cardholder lists
from HSBC (“Cardholder lists”). Cardholder lists are delivered periodically.
HSBC may take up to sixty days from the date of the spend threshold being
reached to add a Cardholder to the Cardholder lists delivered to The
Organiser.
3.2.2 The Organiser will provide Cardholders with an email detailing the gift
claim instructions as Cardholder lists are delivered to The Organiser by
HSBC. The Cardholders will be responsible for completing gift claims with
accurate and up-to-date details in order for the Organiser to arrange
delivery of the Campaign Gift;
3.2.3 The Organiser is responsible for fulfilment and will send each Campaign
Gift via SMS/Email to the registered mobile number/email address
provided during the application on RinggitPlus within twenty-eight (28)
days of the Cardholder submitting complete and accurate gift claims
details to the Organiser.
3.2.4 The Touch & Go reload pin (10 digits voucher code) will be provided by
the Organiser to the Cardholder. For steps on how to reload, please refer

3.3 It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to claim their campaign gift from the Organiser
before 31st December 2022 (“Claim Period).
3.4 The Retail Spend:
3.4.1 Includes local and overseas retail transactions (including online
transactions), standing instructions/non-online auto-billing, e-Wallet(s)
top up and insurance/takaful payment. Example of such e-Wallets are
Touch and Go, BigPay and Boost App. This list of e-Wallets is not
exhaustive and may be subject to change from time to time; and
3.4.2 Excludes Fees and charges per Our Tariff and Charges, Cash Advance,
Balance Transfer Instalment (BTI), Cash Instalment Plan (CIP), Quasi Cash
and/ or transactions that enables cash-out or transfers to bank account.
4. Only Cardholders who fulfil the RinggitPlus Credit Cards Terms and Conditions shall
be eligible for a Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify
applicants who have failed to fulfil the Terms and Conditions and/or who have
submitted incomplete or inaccurate data, without prior notice.
5. Campaign Gift is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the
Organiser reserve the right to substitute alternative gifts of equivalent or greater
value with no notice.
6. By applying at ringgitplus.com, all customers consent to the use of their personal data
by the Organiser for the purposes of the administration of this offer and any other
purposes to which the entrant has consented, such as the Terms and Conditions,
Personal Data and Information Notice, and Privacy Policy published at
ringgitplus.com.
7. By accepting the offer each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms and
conditions;
7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign
without notice. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by
The Organiser shall not entitle the applicant to any claim or compensation against
The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the applicant as a direct and
indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension;
7.2 The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign,
including but not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be deemed final and
conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any applicant will be
entertained. The decisions of The Organiser are final, conclusive, and binding and
no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.
7.3 The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
