Terms and Conditions
1. RinggitPlus Flash Deal Credit Cards Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Jirnexu
Sdn Bhd (1081989-D), (“The Organiser”) shall commence on 1
st August 2022
(11:00AM) and be available until 8
th August 2022 (11:00AM), both dates inclusive
unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to
end the Campaign earlier than 8
th August 2022 (11:00AM). Applications received
after the Campaign has ended will not be valid. All applicants are required to
acknowledge their application at RinggitPlus.com online at Citibank’s website and
complete their application online on Citibank’s website, a dedicated link to Citibank’s
website for the purpose of acknowledgement and completion will be provided when
applicants complete the application at RinggitPlus.com.
2. The Campaign is open to anyone who:
2.1 Meets the minimum age requirement (21 years old and above) with a valid
Malaysian Identification Card (MyKad);
2.2 Apply online at the Organiser’s website ringgitplus.com with Malaysia local
phone number for a Qualifying Citibank Credit Card (“Citi Credit Card”) as a
Principal Cardholder (“Cardholder”), is approved for, receives, activate, and uses
the qualifying Citi Credit Card to make a minimum of eight (8) retail transactions
(“Retail Spend”). There is no minimum purchase amount requirement for each of
the eight (8) transactions.
2.3 Qualifying Citi Credit Cards are:

2.4 The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Campaign:
2.4.1 Permanent and/or contract employees of Citibank and Jirnexu Sdn Bhd
(including subsidiaries and related companies) and their respective
immediate family members;
2.4.2 Representatives and/or agents (including advertising and campaign
agents) of Citibank and Jirnexu Sdn Bhd and their respective immediate
family members;
2.4.3 Any applicant or persons who had cancelled any of their Citibank Credit
Cards within twelve (12) months period prior to being approved for a
new Citibank Credit Card issued as a result of an application made in the
Campaign;
2.4.4 Present holders of any Citibank credit card(s) whether issued in Malaysia
or another country;
2.4.5 Any person who has committed or suspected of committing any
misconduct, fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their Citi Credit
Card account(s), or any facility, service, or accommodation granted by
Citibank, including Citibank Online services.
2.5 The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject information submitted at
the website without assigning any reason.
3. To qualify for the annual fee waiver, principal and supplementary card application
must successfully be approved by Citibank, approval is granted at Citibank’s sole
discretion.
4. The Organiser offers an exclusive gift (“Campaign Gift”) to visitors who are
approved by Citi, subsequently activates, and spend a minimum of eight (8)
transactions (“Retail Spend”) on the new card.

5.1 Each Cardholder is eligible for only one (1) Campaign Gift regardless of the
number of approved Eligible Credit Cards the Cardholder receives during the
Campaign Period;
5.1.1 Selection of Tier One and Tier Two Cardholders will be determined by
The Organiser upon receiving Cardholder lists from Citibank (“Cardholder
lists”). Cardholder lists are delivered periodically. Citibank may take up to
sixty (60) days from the eighth retail transaction date to add a
Cardholder to the Cardholder lists delivered to The Organiser;
5.1.2 The Organiser will provide the Cardholders of both Tier One and Tier Two
an email with the gift claim instructions as Cardholder lists are delivered
to The Organiser by Citibank. The Cardholders will be responsible for
completing gift claims with accurate and up-to-date details for the
Organiser to arrange delivery of the Campaign Gift;
5.1.3 The Organiser is responsible for fulfilment and will send each Campaign
Gift (Tier One) via a reputable courier service within twenty-eight (28)
days of the Cardholder submitting complete and accurate gift claims
details to the Organiser;
5.1.4 The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering,
theft, or modification of the Campaign Gift once it has been collected
from the Organiser’s place of dispatch for delivery by the courier
company;
5.1.5 The Campaign Gift (Tier Two) will be transferred in a single transaction
to the Cardholder’s registered DuitNow account.
5.1.6 The Successful Applicants must register for DuitNow using the mobile
number provided to the Organiser during the application for the
Qualifying product on Organiser’s website; no further action is required
if the mobile number is already registered to a DuitNow account.
5.1.7 The Campaign Gift cannot be transferred to any DuitNow account linked
to a mobile number other than the mobile number provided to the
Organiser during the application for the Qualifying Product on the
Organiser’s website.
5.1.8 It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to claim their Gift from the
Organiser before 28th February 2023 (“Claim Period”).
6. “Retail Spend” means the purchase of any goods or services (Local or International)
with the use of the Citi Credit Card and may, at Citibank’s discretion, include online
transaction, e-wallet top-up and any card transaction as may be determined by
Citibank, except for the following transactions:
6.1 Instalments paid under Citibank’s Paylite, Easy Payment Plan (EPP), Credit
Shield Plus Select, Quick Cash, Balance Transfer, Balance Transfer via Instalment
Plan and Cash Advance;
6.2 Any disputed, cancelled, refunded, unauthorized or fraudulent purchase
transactions;
6.3 Payment of Citi Credit Card annual membership fees; Interest payments, late
payment charges, charges for cash withdrawals, Sales and Service Tax or other
taxes and any other form of service/miscellaneous fees; and/or
6.4 Transactions made by the Cardholders with any merchant associated with or
controlled by them (whether as employee, employer, shareholder, or director).
For example, transactions by a Cardholder with any corporation or business
entity in which they are an employee or employer or works with or has shares
or interest in or is a director of.
7. Only Cardholders who fulfil the RinggitPlus Credit Cards Campaign Terms and
Conditions shall be eligible for a Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the right to
disqualify applicants who have failed to fulfil the Special Offer Terms and
Conditions and/or who have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data, without
prior notice.
8. The Campaign Gift is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen
circumstances, the Organiser reserve the right to substitute alternative gifts of
equivalent or greater value with no notice.
9. The Campaign Gift cannot be transferred to other parties, is not refundable and not
exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods.
10. By applying at ringgitplus.com, all customers consent bank to share their Citi
Credit Card application status, activation status and any qualifying criteria with
the Organiser for the purpose of Campaign fulfilment. Entrants consent to the
Terms and Conditions, Personal Data and Information Notice, and Privacy Policy
published at ringgitplus.com.
11. By accepting the offer each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms
and conditions;
11.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the
Campaign without notice. Any cancellation, termination, or suspension of
the Campaign by The Organiser shall not entitle the applicant to any claim or
compensation against The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the
applicant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination, or
suspension;
11.2 The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign,
including but not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be deemed final
and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any applicant
will be entertained. The decisions of The Organiser are final, conclusive and
binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be
entertained;
11.3 The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
